The information on the drug is generally insufficient. Pharmacokinetics and phramadocynamics are not addressed. Drug interactions are not addressed. The reference to the drug's use in Russia is potentially misleading - as the drug is used in many European countries in human under various trade names.174.31.43.31 (talk) 05:21, 27 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I greatly expanded the article and also made a nice little picture to be added in, but the picture won't fit nicely (even as a tiny thumbnail). So I'm just leaving this here for reference; perhaps someone later can add it if there's room.

Sulfadimethoxine is acetylated in the liver to form acetylsulfadimethoxine.
