Discussion about Mr. Sulejman Tihic
[edit]An anonymous user from 901.199.14.x keeps replacing the article with a rant about treason etc, apparently quoting something Francis Boyle said. I googled it and found a copy at some random facebook page, which also provided the original in Bosnian, the googling of which produced this 2007-02-25 article by one Vahid Sendijarević. This person in turn looks to be a Bosnian expatriate[1] who seems to have published through the web site of "Bosanski Kongres".[2] Does anyone happen to know if any reputable publisher ever reproduced these opinions? IOW, is any of this salvageable? --Joy [shallot] (talk) 23:21, 25 September 2010 (UTC)
- Apparently it's still going on, and looking at the history, it's been going on since October 2009. The IPs are in the BSkyB Broadband netblock, 90.192.0.0/11, and there doesn't seem to be a way to block the range just for this article :/ --Joy [shallot] (talk) 22:04, 16 October 2010 (UTC)
- Regarding the topic, I found this BH Dani article (issue 614, 2009-03-20) that provides a seemingly sober, somewhat negative view of this situation, much to the contrary of the one presented by our anonymous abuser, who appears to be taking the hard line. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 22:20, 16 October 2010 (UTC)
ANSWER:
People who know very well Bosnian politics know that every word written about Sulejman Tihic's treason is true. Even now traitor Sulejman Tihic is working on Bosnia and Herzegovina destruction in cooperation with Karadzic's followers Milorad Dodik and Dragan Covic through so called Prud's "agreement", where they drafted plan for final destruction of the Bosnia and Herzegovina state. YES, everything what prof. Franicise Boyle said to the public is true, we know that. Francise A. Boyle was a first lawyer to ICJ appointed by Goverment of Republic Bosnia and Herzegovina. Anybody interested can easily contact prof. Francise Boyle and get his confirmation. Unfortunately mafia like parties in power in Bosnia today control all medias so the true can go out only via internet. Here are contact details of well known expert on international law prof. Francise A. Boyle, so anybody interested can get direct confirmation of his statement made to the public couple years ago:

HERE IS AN ORGINAL MESSAGE SENT TO THE PUBLIC BY PROF. FRANCISE A. BOYLE:
I read that Mr Tihic denied my comments on TV. So you have my permission to broadcast this response to him if you wish. The remedy of Restitution had always been in the World Court lawsuit from near the very beginning: in other words, to restore the situation in BIH to what it was before the beginning of the war and genocide in March of 1992, which would have required the elimination of Republika Srpska (RS). Toward that end I traveled to Bosnia in July 2005 to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the Srebrenica Massacre and to launch a Campaign to eliminate RS at the World Court by this means. Mr. Softic sat at two public lectures in Sarajevo where I explained to him precisely how this could be done. I also communicated this same advice to Mr. Tihic through SDA sources. I continued to forward this same advice to Mr. Tihic repeatedly through SDA sources for the next several months. Despite my best efforts, as the World Court hearing came to an end, Tihic and Softic instructed one of Bosnia 's lawyers to tell the World Court that Bosnia was no longer asking for the remedy of Restitution, which would have required the elimination of RS. At the time Tihic and SDA were in a coalition government with SDS, SNSD and PDP. So of course Tihic had no interest in attacking his coalition partners.
For Tihic and Softic to have requested the elimination of RS at the World Court could have resulted in the collapse of their coalition government among SDA, SDS, SNSD and PDP. So they deliberately sabotaged any possibility of calling upon the World Court to order Restitution on behalf of Bosnia against Serbia and Montenegro , which would have meant the elimination of RS. This strategy was also consistent with the support given by Tihic and SDA to the so-called Hays Reforms, which would have solidified Republika Srpska forever. Once again, since Tihic and SDA were in coalition with SDS, SNSD and PDP, Tihic fully supported the Hays Reforms that would have consolidated RS forever and also sabotaged the remedy of Restitution for Bosnia at the World Court , which would have required the elimination of RS. At the request of SDA, I had also advised Mr. Tihic to reject the Hays Reforms. So when he rejected my advice, I also launched a campaign to defeat the Hays Reforms and was joined by my colleague and friend from the war/genocide Haris Silajdzic to defeat the Hays Reforms. I am very gratified that Haris and SBIH and the Patriotic Front and I were able to defeat the Hays Reforms, which would have been a disaster for Bosnia. But I am very sorry to report that despite my best efforts to the contrary, Tihic and Softic would not permit me to dismantle RS at the World Court.

- Sorry, but you need to understand that Wikipedia is not a place for rants against people, there are clear rules against posting original research as well as presenting only one opinion as valid. Try reading the linked articles if you need more information. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 22:58, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
Answer:
Joy I do not mean disrespect but equally, Wikipedia should not be a place for promoting low profile traitors heavily engaged in prolonged genocide against Bosnian people and destruction of their homeland. You have asked for proof of the claims posted and I gave to you name, address, email, fax of the person with great reputation in the world to check validity of his own claime. I am sure that would be much more valid procedure of checking validity than your googleing randomly posted opinions within by regime controlled medias in occupied Bosnia and Herzegovina. I am sure you remember voices of UN officials while genocide was going in Srebrenica. Only their voices were accountable saying everything is fine, while 8000 people were slathered in one day. Nobody could pass a true what was happening at that time except lies of UN officials. Now the situation is the same, slowly but surely traitors and neighbouring Serbs intelligence is doing the same thing by blocking Bosnian state at all levels using traitors brought to power like Mr. Tihic, by genocide imposed an illegal Dayton's constitution act, with all chapters allowing them to block all state institutions causing poverty and destruction. Please check validity of the claim of prof. Francise A. Boyle before you delete again the true he was trying to tell to the world.

- First of all, I already went out on a limb and included the gist of what you were saying in the article. Anything more would need a reliable source.
- Secondly, I don't believe the article as it is really promotes Tihić, it just describes the basic factoids about him, all of which are not controversial and are verifiable easily because they appear in various reliable sources. Lack of information about his negative sides is a simple reflection of an apparent lack of readily available information from reliable sources about that.
- So, to reiterate, please find a source that can be verified. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 15:50, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
Answer:
Public promotion means stating publically biography or part of the biography of the certain person, which has been done by publishing this in Wikipedia for Mr. Sulejman Tihic. The victims of the Bosnian genocide do not see to be right to read only so called “positive” side (which is inaccurate in case of biography of the Mr. Sulejman Tihic) but rather whole true.
As far as reliable source is concerned I have given you name, address, email, fax number of the person who gave permission to the public to publish his statement after Mr. Sulejman Tihic deliberately sabotaged the lawsuit in the case of Bosnian Genocide. You cannot find more reliable source then the first lawyer appointed by Bosnian Government, who created the content of the original lawsuit in this Court (ICJ) case.
Besides that, in the corrected text of the article, whoever done it, there is one inaccuracy regarding the name of lawyer appointed by Mr. Tihic, whose name is Sakib Softic, not Safet Softic. Whoever corrected the latest article please correct this inaccuracy as well. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.199.14.37 (talk) 16:28, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
- See, that's why I keep mentioning reliable and verifiable sources. To verify a statement that was made by mr. Boyle, each reader would have to contact him. That's an unreasonable burden. It's similarly hard to verify for example that it's Sakib Softić rather than Safet Softić - it's not even stated explicitly in the same source. Surely somewhere some reliable written medium recorded and published these statements, so that it can be verified by anyone. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 23:01, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
Answer:
Joy
As far as the name of the Mr. Sakib Softic is concerned it is easily verifiable if you use Google and type his name. One link is here, and there are hundreds, saying that he is BH agent at ICJ (after prof. Francise A. Boyle was removed, and we know why). http://www.sense-agency.com/international_court_of_justice/bh-demands-to-icj.47.html?cat_id=2&news_id=9586
Second thing about verifying statement of prof. Boyle, it is enough if you contact him and ask him was his statement to the public, he made after proceeding at ICJ about Bosnian genocide true. Once you get confirmation you can add that confirmation to the article and all other visitors do not need to do the same. Personal confirmation is much more valid then article published somewhere, because article might be partly or fully subjective. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.199.14.37 (talk) 01:10, 31 October 2010 (UTC)
- Thank you for the reference for Sakib Softic, I've included it.
- As for personal confirmation, that's simply contrary to the consensus and policy on Wikipedia. It is true that newspaper articles can be subjective, but then there are also parts of the world where press is free, so you can count on at least some fraction of media outlets to relay information without bias. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 12:05, 31 October 2010 (UTC)
