This village was site of unusual bomber attack
[edit]shortly after it was recaptured by Ukraine bit while Russia was still on the right bank, a unit in this village came under heavy strategic Tu-95 bomber attack. It's unusual to risk Tu-95 with gravity bombs. The Google Earth image shows major buildings on this town just flattened absolutely out of existence, along with a few houses nearby. Knowing what unit was there and when exactly it was targetted is of more interest than most such small villages.
