Inaccurate image

The image in the infobox is of Mt. Vernon Creek. The Sugar River does not flow through Donald County Park. I am removing the image.

I restored the image and then commented it out pending verification. The creek through Donald County Park is Mt. Vernon Creek. Image may either be Mt. Vernon creek or the Sugar River in a different location.
