Updating and tidying up this article

Banner requesting more citations now removed as I've done a clean up – removing both non neutral and unsourced information that appears to have been from the charity and a somewhat skewed section of text about workfare and the privatisation of the NHS – this relied on blog sources with a distinct campaign message and was somewhat skewed. I did look for articles in mainstream press to support some of the more accusatory stuff and couldn't find them. I think the page is now more balanced, although could still do with improvements.
