Title

Unlike St. Charles College, this one isn't a case where there needs to be a geographic disambiguator in the title; there isn't anything else in the world called "Sudbury Downs and Slots". The rule on Wikipedia is always the simplest title possible without conflicting with other things that have the same name. Accordingly, "(Greater Sudbury, Ontario)" is not needed in the title.
