Erroneous Insignia
[edit]Unfortunately, this graphic is erroneous. It shows a shoulder strap of the SS-Sicherheitsdienst ( Corps colour: poison green). The pattern of that shoulder strap (strap made of fabric, 3 pips indicating rank of Sturmscharführer) is generally correct for all SS-branches - except for the SS-Sicherheitsdienst (SD)! Sturmscharführer (Stuscha) of the SD wore brown-white cord braided "figure-of-eight" shoulder boards following the pattern of Polizei-Meister of the Ordnungspolizei (look here (figure 7)), with Corps colour poison green. Accordingly this graphic should be remodeld by changing the toxic green branch color to any other branch color of the SS. Additionally a new graphic of a cord braided shoulder bord (for SD-Stuscha) should be designed and added. --Wasserläufer (talk) 06:57, 26 May 2018 (UTC)
