Why "Highly Fictionalized"?

Labeling Stuart Lakes biography of Wyatt Earp as "highly fictionalized" exhibits a bias against Wyatt Earp. Mr Lake used direct eyewitness testimony, original court transcripts, and information provided by Wyatt Earp, who dedicated two years of his life in order to tell his side of those events that make up part of our history.
