Help updating from (pastor) to (church leader)

If anyone can help me, I've received advice about Stuart's position in the Uniting Church in Australia:
"Pastor is a very confusing term in the UCA because it is not an ordained ministry and it is attached to the placement not the person. So Stuart is no longer pastor."
So is there an easy way to change (pastor) to (church leader)?
