Head in the sand

Ostrich effect says (and I've also heard) that there is a belief that ostriches bury their head in the sand when faced with danger. Nothing here in the article about it. Anyone have a good ref? DMacks (talk) 15:03, 29 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
