A City?
[edit]Given that the population of this place is less than 3,000, I would have thought it is more of a small town than a city. Is the figure given for population a typo? If not, why is Stroud classified as a city?
Oklahoma answer: The State of Oklahoma classifies municipally incorporated cities as "City" or "Town." Stroud is recognized by the state as a "City."

Revert removal of Notable person
[edit]In my opinion, Thomas G. Andrews should not have been removed from the Notable persons section. He was a justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court, which I understand qualifies him as notable. He also has a Wikipedia article Thomas G. Andrews (judge), so the original link was incorrectly linked, suggesting that there was no Wikipedia article about him. - If he has an article then he meets WP:CITSTRUCT's criteria so can be included. I couldn't locate the article for him so under those guidelines he was removed. All is good now. Canterbury Tail talk 20:43, 18 November 2019 (UTC)
