The result of the proposal was moved. With two other uses listed, the dab will be retained at Stroncone (disambiguation). --BDD (talk) 18:10, 19 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Stroncone, UmbriaStroncone – Disambiguation is clearly redundant, because it is between a town (Stroncone) and a structure located into it (Santa Lucia Stroncone Astronomical Observatory). The page Stroncone is now a disambiguation simply between the observatory and the town but, in cases as this one, it's sufficient to link the observatory article into this page (as I've done), or at least to add a dablink template above. Note also that the observatory, for what I read, is not named "Stroncone" but "Santa Lucia Stroncone". Aniway, reading the dabpage, I've discovered the reason of this technical mistake: the article was initally created as a redirect to the observatory 9 years ago (20 July 2004), and the article (this one) referred to the Umbrian town was created only in August 2006. Uncontroversial, but I can't perform the move because the page has more than one edit. Note: the non-necessity of the dabpage Stroncone could be explained by an example: it doesn't exist a dabpage between a town and its (obviously homonym) train station, port, or cathedral. Just for further details, it:Stroncone is the article about the town and has no dablinks. It exists the article it:Osservatorio astronomico Santa Lucia Stroncone. Note: Today another article, the asteroid 5609 Stroncone, has been added in Stroncone dabpage. This addition changes partially my initial idea for the requested move but IMHO the main title "Stroncone" could be referred to the town. Greets. --Dэя-Бøяg 16:04, 12 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
