This would be a much better image: https://www.stringbike.com/_img/magic-stringdrive-01.gif The current one looks ridiculous, like it was strung my a moron. The string is going around the bearing in the middle of the crank arm, and the pulley it's supposed to go around has no string on it. The string is supposed to go symmetrically around both pulleys on both sides of the bike, and all the crank arm's bearing does is roll around the inside of the loop it's in.
