The claim is "In nearly twelve years, this has never enjoyed the presence of a single reliable source." While that may be true, there appears to be no shortage of Guerrilla marketing books that describe what a street team is and how to assemble your own: https://www.google.com/search?tbs=bks:1&q=%22Street+team%22. If this topic is truly objectionable as a standalone article, then it should be merged into Street marketing or Guerrilla marketing#Street marketing 2.
