The result of the move request was: no consensus. Perhaps someone should start a centralised discussion about establishing a rough guideline for this topic area. Jenks24 (talk) 14:47, 23 October 2017 (UTC)
Street names in Chișinău → Street names of Chișinău – Consistent with other similar articles (related to cities), e.g. Street names of Warsaw, Street Names of Paris, 1er arrondissement, Street names of Mayfair. - Support per nomination. At first glance, the only other exception appears to be Street names in Iceland. —Roman Spinner (talk)(contribs) 01:34, 8 October 2017 (UTC)
- Comment. Street Names of Paris, 1er arrondissement is only a redirect. Street names of Mayfair and every other article beginning "Street names of..." (except Warsaw) were created within the past week or two by the same editor. Category:Streets by city show mostly "Streets in ...". There are a number of articles starting "List of streets in ..." but I see only one starting "List of streets of ...". There doesn't seem to be complete consistency, but "streets in ..." seems more common. Station1 (talk) 20:28, 8 October 2017 (UTC)
- Excellent research. Just to clarify, the recent creations were not by nom, but by a second editor. Andrewa (talk) 18:58, 22 October 2017 (UTC)
- Each entry, as well as the eponymous person's name, should have the street's name, and all known previous names for that street. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 05:37, 18 October 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose – I don't understand the reason for these recent changes of "in" to "of". Dicklyon (talk) 03:15, 20 October 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose. We can't plead consistency when the examples are recent work and inconsistent with previous practice. Andrewa (talk) 18:58, 22 October 2017 (UTC)
