Same as brush discharge?

As described in this article, streamer discharges seem to be identical to brush discharges. To judge by the pictures in the articles, streamers are the individual arcs that make up brush discharges. Should these two articles be merged? Chetvorno^TALK 08:48, 20 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
