Stratford sunshine info
[edit]Does the information for Stratford's yearly sunshine appear in the source provided? It seems like it's just for Tulsa and Oklahoma City. If so, maybe we should note that the data is actually for nearby places (or else take out the data, or else find a better source). We also might consider providing the original (more official) source for the Tulsa/OK City at [1].
On another note, [2] (currently used to source most of the history section) tells us that Stratford calls itself the Peach Capital of the World, not just of Oklahoma. Unless there's a compelling reason not to, we should probably change the article to reflect this. Mario777Zelda (talk) 00:37, 17 May 2013 (UTC)
I agree with both points. I was trying to build a geography section using some of the same sources used on the Oklahoma City page, and it looks like there was a bit of oversight in this climate data link. I would suggest simply pulling that line and source out (although I think the statement does happen to be accurate). I definitely think your suggestion about the Peach Capital of the World is on point. I noticed it too, but didn't feel comfortable changing without some input. Please make the changes as you have suggested. Okheric (talk) 02:04, 17 May 2013 (UTC)
