[edit]what are implications of strategic partnership between two countries —Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.161.152.141 (talk • contribs) 10:11, July 30, 2007
- Indeed, this article should address the realm of international politics, not only business.--Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 04:33, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
- Today a strategic partnership was signed between Philippines and Australia. Maybe this can serve as a modern measuring tape. The practice reminds me of the times of the Cold War when the Soviet influenced countries would make Friendship Treaties. So far, these are all inconsequential. I cannot recall any action taken by anyone based on friendship treaties or strategic partnerships, or rather anyone saying something was done according to the partnership. 2001:8003:A070:7F00:F427:35FA:51FA:8112 (talk) 09:01, 8 September 2023 (UTC)

Merger with Strategic alliance
[edit]Why is this article separate from Strategic alliance? --Anjoe (talk) 15:50, 11 October 2011 (UTC)
- Not done as there seems to be no consensus for the merger (one editor does not make consensus). At this point, a new merge discussion should be started if editors still wish to pursue the merge. Contact me on my talk page if you have questions. Wugapodes (talk) 03:56, 27 November 2015 (UTC)
