This is the first article I have created. My main source of information is the book "Skipsmaskinlære" by J. Imsland, S. A. Grønhaug, S. E. Pedersen and H. G. Sørensen, ISBN 82-508-0244-6. The book is from 1982, so I have also used the website of Rolls-Royce Marine, which are currently making this type of engine. PerDaniel 23:46, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
Any Straight-9 automobiles?
[edit]Is this article really within the scope of Wikipedia Project Automobiles? How does the Straight-9 relate to automobiles? Has there ever been an automobile or commercial road vehicle with a Straight-9 engine? Respectfully, SamBlob 10:49, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
Moved to Engineering project
[edit]Since this seems to be an industrial or marine powerplant, I have moved it from the Automobie project to the Engineering project. Respectfully, SamBlob (talk) 14:23, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
