Why on Earth does the page "extent of reaction" redirect here?????? I want to know what this concept means but this page doesn't explain it at all, it just uses the symbol epsilon to represent it, whatever it is. What is it?

Any chance that someone in the know could add something to the page explaining the concept of "extent of reaction"?
