[edit]Hello everyone,
Whilst assuming good faith is a central principle around here, this article seems to be very clearly established by someone close to the subject. The articles two main contributors, have never edited anything else and the language and style is quite obvious... ;)
Since Wikipedia is not the place to post a resume I launched some primary improvements on the article. There's some more clean-up to do. Since notability doesn't seem to be an issue here - let's make this a good academic article... ;)

Total Leadership suggested split - response
[edit]The Total Leadership section is tagged "It has been suggested that this section be split out into another article titled Total leadership" (March 2019). I'm going to take that tag off on the basis that notability of the concept is not demonstrated by the current references in that section, which are all to Friedman's own book.
