Charlie

I have included in the 'Death' section the three songs written about him on 'Eternal Nightcap'.

Removed reference to the three 'Charlie' songs. The 'Charlie' songs are about 3 different people - Charlie No. 1 (former Machine Gun Fellatio frontman Pinky Beecroft), Charlie No. 2 (Melbourne guitarist Charlie Owen) and Charlie No. 3 (Plunder).^[1]
