@Ssilvers I thought we could discuss this here. I was thinking Steve Gunderson (multidisciplinary artist) might be the most accurate description. He's very much like Lin-Manuel Miranda in that he writes and composes stuff that he often performs in as well. He's an actor, singer, composer, playwright, arranger, and also now a music director based on some recent San Diego press. He wears lots of different creative hats.4meter4 (talk) 17:59, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The word multidisciplinary has no meaning at all except to admit that we are too lazy to commit to something. We should pick one that we think this person will be best known for in WP:TENYEARTEST. Composer? Dramatist? if not, then leave it as actor. The article is barely more than a stub. If it were more complete and gave a better sense of what his role was in each of his major works, it would be easier to decide what to call him. All those "Further reading" refs should be turned into in-line cites accompanying, y'know, text. I looked at his IMDb, and it looks like actor is fine for now. -- Ssilvers (talk) 18:18, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Ssilvers Done. However, I note that the article really doesn't cover much of what he's done after 1994. I'm sure there are more recent sources. I've been using ProQuest whose entertainment archives oddly stop after the year 2000.4meter4 (talk) 20:48, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
