"people who died in police custody" category

Removed him from the category as he wasn't actually IN CUSTODY at the time of his death, they were in the process of trying to arrest him. Custody is when they have been arrested and are under police control. 87.194.86.204 (talk) 08:48, 9 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
