[edit]Article states that Stenomylus died out 30 mya, but specimens of the species were found at the Miocene age carnivoran dens at Agate Fossil Beds National Monument (Hunt et al. 2018; The Carnivores of Agate Fossil Beds National Monument). They are also found in other Anderson Ranch Formation deposits both at the park and elsewhere, as well as in the "Stenomylus Quarry" at AGFO (Loomis 1910; Osteology and affinities of the genus Stenomylus), which is of the late Oligocene (~25 mya?).
Fossilworks lists several species of the genus as having a range of 24.8 mya - 20.43 mya, and several others as surviving until 15.97 mya. 2601:1C0:5C01:250:F425:EA73:44EF:3511 (talk) 21:33, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
