I noticed the declined AfC draft for Draft:The Outskirter's Secret, and I also see that both Rosemary Kirstein and The Steerswoman are a little undersourced as articles. All of the sourcing seems to really address the series itself, and I think if the current material was all merged to a book series article, it could be a really excellent, thorough article. Individual articles could be 'spun out' later if a need for them arose (e.g., if a lot more secondary material starts to get written). I propose that Draft:The Outskirter's Secret, Rosemary Kirstein, and The Steerswoman all merge to Draft:Steerswoman books. I include the Kirstein article in the proposed merge because the only sentence about Kirstein at that article is "She currently lives in Connecticut, near Springfield, Massachusetts" -- which can be mentioned as part of the series article if desired. ~ L 🌸 (talk) 07:32, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I'll move them right now! Sorry, I must have misunderstood where the templates were supposed to be placed; I don't do a lot of merge proposals. ~ L 🌸 (talk) 04:22, 10 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Agree: The current author page focuses on the series, and it appears the books outside of the series has been listed as "forthcoming" for maybe 6 years now? As stated, if there's ever undue burden, the articles can be split. Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 02:56, 8 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
As always, the SF database has great records of reviews, though most appear to be in print and would require some digging. For convenience (probably for my own future self...) these are the book links:
