I'm generally in favor of removing lists that are completely duplicative of categories since they are simpler to manage; however, artist lists for record labels are almost never completely duplicative. Cosprings noted in an edit summary that "red links must have proven notabilty to be included in list". At no point has this been true of lists, and I see no reason for it to be applicable here. Certainly, if that were the case, most lists would be unnecessary as duplicative of categories. A comprehensive list of artists is encyclopedic and I maintain that the existence of a category (which is nice to have) is not sufficient to remove the list. After all, the article is short enough as it is...I'm surprised it's never been considered for deletion. Chubbles (talk) 16:10, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
