Copy changes

The track was topped out in March 2019 and, after a series of weather-related delays, the ride opened on July 13, 2019. Avoid a User:Sammi Brie/Commas in sentences (CinS) error by removing "and" and placing a semicolon.

Earwig mostly catches the reviewer quotes, which are reproduced faithfully, with no other substantial issues.
