Logo update

STC has slightly adapted the font for its logo, the new logo is marginally more rounded than the older one (maybe best perceptible at the ends of the "S" and "C" which had right angles earlier and now have rounded corners). The new file's resolution is somewhat poor, but that's what STC uses on their website. If a higher-resolution version of the new logo is available we could use that (up to the maximum of 100,000 pixels for non-free images), but using an outdated logo doesn't seem appropriate.
