Because Bokassa very shortly went closer geopolitically to Gaddafi before being overthrown ? That is not serious. Also speaking of the zionist entity here is totally irrelevant..Uganda under Obote ? i am doubtful, find the proof inside soviet sources ! also if you say that it is a concept of Krouchtchev why are you using dates before 1953 ?? it's not relevant India was an alliee of the Soviet Union without any doubt but considered as a socialist-leaning country ? I am not sure. Please use the soviet terminology, methodology and not your subjectivity.
