Infobox

[edit]
  • Please remove any unused parameters that will likely never be used
  • Link "restaurant" please

Lead

[edit]
  • Link "restaurant" please
  • The lead is quite short for a GA article; do you think you could add on to it a bit?

Description and history

[edit]

Paragraph 1

[edit]
  • "Starky's was known for its patio and outdoor seating and served American cuisine, including burgers and steak.[6]" --> "Starky's was known for its patio and outdoor seating, in addition to serving American cuisine, including burgers and steak.[6]"

Events

[edit]
  • The first sentence is quite long; could you reword it?

Reception

[edit]
  • You could add a lead-in sentence to this section, stating whether or not the restaurant received positive or negative reviews; from the looks of it, it's positive (and known for their Bloody Mary's).

Other notes

[edit]
  • Is the "1935 establishments in Oregon" category really necessary since the one for 1984 is included? It wasn't actually Starky's in 1935...

Another great article. On hold for seven days; I like these types of articles. Thanks! Carbrera (talk) 02:37, 18 June 2016 (UTC).[reply]

I think I've addressed your concerns, but let me know otherwise. Thanks again for your time and assistance. I am curious, what do you mean by "these types of articles"? My favorite article to write are usually about specific, more obscure, and usually local topics. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:44, 18 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Haha, by "these types of articles", I mean local attractions, restaurants, nightclubs, etc. I've been wanting to do the same thing with my hometown, as it is quite small and full of historic buildings. Also, a neighbor of mine wrote a book about the history of my town, which I've been meaning to purchase from him. We'll see. Hit me up if you ever need me to review another article! I will be passing this one by the way; thanks! Carbrera (talk) 20:44, 18 June 2016 (UTC).[reply]
Awesome. Writing about local culture is my favorite. Thanks again for taking time to review this article! ---Another Believer (Talk) 21:24, 18 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
