The special effects in Pirkinning are really quite remarkable -- I think really on the whole as good as anything I've ever seen in a big-budget sci-fi film.
I've just reverted, for the second time, an unregistered user changing the first week's download count from 600,000 to 700,000. I've no idea which figure is closer to the actual truth, but the only verifiable source I know of, [2], gives a figure just under 600,000. If someone has a source for the 700,000 figure, please tell me. —Ilmari Karonen (talk) 15:44, 12 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Hopefully Im doing this right. If not please delete.
The link to the older versions of the series http://www.starwreck.com/legacy points to a page packed with multiple viruses. Either the link is false or their site has been compromised. Deleted the link so no one else is at risk.

The site was briefly compromised, the unauthorized javascript has now been removed and security beefed up. If someone could return the link. I'd rather not do it myself since I've got a pretty big conflict of interest here (see profile).
