Edited to add the name of the female SNA involved, with whom I attended Navy flight school. This says that "Admiral Stanley R. Arthur, USN (born September 27, 1935) was the Vice Chief of Naval Operations from 1992 to 1995", and the "was" normally indicates that someone is no longer alive. But there is no mention of his death, if he did die. Is there any way this can be changed? Hurricanehuron33 (talk) 20:41, 27 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
