- ... that between 2006 and 2007, Stacy Hollowell worked for basketball teams in Qatar, China, Bahrain and Lithuania?

- @Z1720: QPQ done. BeanieFan11 (talk) 20:48, 10 May 2024 (UTC)
- New, long, neutral, mostly well cited, no copyvio. @BeanieFan11: Two questions:
- Where does the year 2006 for Manama Club come from? (this has 2006 but question the reliability, while asia-basket says 2007 and says they were runner-up in 2007) ... I think adding the first asia-basket source would help unless a more detailed one can be found.
- Is HoopDirt really a reliable source?

- @Hameltion: Hmm... I had thought 2006 from Nola.com: "At LCC International, Hollowell oversaw the program in its first two years of existence, starting in 2007, where he led the team to playoff appearances in both seasons. Before joining LCC, in his only season with the Manama Sports Club, he led his squad to an appearance in the Championship series despite losing their best player." I though "before joining LCC [in 2007]" kind of implied that Manama was the year before, but I guess that's not necessarily the case – I think changing it to 2007 with the asiabasket source would work. As for HoopDirt, it seems to say that it is "Founded, monitored, and run by college coaches." Not sure. Thoughts? BeanieFan11 (talk) 18:38, 14 May 2024 (UTC)
- @BeanieFan11: My guess is that he was coach for the 2006–07 season, but there's no source that says it directly. I'd add the asiabasket source and just mention the one year we do know, 2007; the hook works either way. Re HoopDirt, I found a couple RSes citing it (WP:UBO) and my concern was mostly just sparked by the site's style. Hook is interesting and passably verified, QPQ present.
