Lead

  • "St Mihangel's Church, Llanfihangel yn Nhowyn, is a former Church in Wales parish church ..." Is this an attempt on the Most Occurences of 'church' in a Single Sentence" world record? Why not just say it's a former parish church?

History and location

  • "The architect in 1988 was D of E Property Services Agency." I don't think you can call D of E Property Services Agency an architect.

Architecture and fittings

  • "The windows in the extension are pointed arches." Windows aren't arches.
  • "The sanctuary is marked off by a step and a rail; there is a 17th-century gravestone set into the floor in front of it." In front from whose point of view? The congregation or the priest? In front of the sanctuary or in front of the step and rail?
    • In front of the sanctuary. It's the same from either point of view: from within the sanctuary, the gravestone is in front of the sanctuary (not within it), and from the nave, the gravestone is in front of the sanctuary (not within it).
  • "... the two parts are divided by an arcade three round arches." Is there a word missing?

All done, I hope. BencherliteTalk 08:49, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yep, all done. Eric Corbett 12:14, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
