Even schools need to establish notability. WP:SCHOOL failed to achieve consensus (though the idea behind it was a good one) - however, WP:ORG still applies to any organisation, commercial or otherwise. There is nothing about this school that indicates notability - no awards, news, independent coverage, achievements, notable alumni or even interesting architecture. technically, I should flag this at AfD and let consensus decide, but I should also point you in the direction of WP:OUTCOMES#Education where the general precedent for what would be likely to happen is outlined. Trivia

[edit]

Hi. Please remember that Wikipedia is not intended as a collection of trivia about the school, not for use as an alternative advertising site. The school may well have an annual sports day, but these are common amongst schools (in the UK anyway), and not notable per se. Likewise, information about the sports hall is not really suitable for inclusion here unless it's notable in its own right - the fact that it was opened by a notable person is suitable for inclusion - the fact that it's sometimes used for birthday parties isn't. Cheers. :-) CultureDrone (talk) 15:57, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
