In 2002 and 2003 my Youth Group, from St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Oklahoma City, visited St Marys and helped paint, clean, remove old equipment, and more. We loved that place! We discovered an unused chapel(being used for storage) in what had been the convent, and restored it and used it! We spent evenings on the rooftop playground, looking at the stars, listening to the sounds of the city, talking, praying, sharing. This place meant the world to the teens and adults that went, and we were heartbroken to hear that it had closed. A school that was over fifty years old at its closure must have more history... perhaps somebody who has more knowledge of the school will be able to expand on what was already here (I just organized the information) Dylanga 22:35, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I use to go school there. I remember the playground roof. And going down to the basement the gym and cafeteria. I wonder if the gym and cafeteria is still there. I know the tunnel was there. But I really want to know how many floors there was. The nuns only let us go the first 4 and roof. Sad to see it go can't even see old pics of it. I went thru 94 98. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.160.158.134 (talk) 04:48, 16 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
