Citizens of the British Empire, later the British Commonwealth, now the Commonwealth, are not "foreign" in any other such country. That is why there are no embassies, but high commissions of other Commonwealth countries. Masalai (talk) 18:16, 27 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
