Have deleted the part "considered to be", since Sri Lankan Tamils are not considered to be native, they are native to the island. Have added a bit more clearer description as to who speaks Sri Lankan Tamil, although I don't think it is so unique from Indian Tamil :).

I don't think it is a good idea to start calling the Indian Tamils, Sri Lanka Tamils. Sri Lanka Tamils are the native Sri Lankan Tamil population.
We could say that Sri Lanka Tamils = Sri Lankan Tamils + Indian Tamils - but, there is enough trouble explaining this difference as it is, so who ever came up with that original Wikipedia-idea, change that. There's no place where Indian Tamils are referred to as Sri Lanka Tamils. If you start messing with accepted definitions, people will confuse Indian Tamils and Sri Lankan Tamils, some do confuse the two groups as it is today too.
