The result of the move request was: Moved - Appears to be a move between different romanisations of the same Greek nickname. No reason to deny the move, no oppose!votes, no grounds for relisting with no new comments since the last relist. (non-admin closure) FOARP (talk) 15:51, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
Spiros Matentzidis → Spyros Matentzidis – Requesting move of lightly misspelled article with the destination title being protected. The requirements for the move are fullfiled BEN917 (talk) 13:15, 18 October 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. Reading Beans, Duke of Rivia 11:04, 26 October 2024 (UTC)
- Support and I propose to start the sentence with the full name as is done for other Greeks (see Kostas Papanikolaou), the full name is already in the box. I propose to start the first sentence as Spyridon "Spyros" Matentzidis unless there is evidence that his official name is Spyros or Spiros and not Spyridon which is the default for Orthodox Greek names. - WP:MOSNICKNAME applies, the lede should start as 'Spyridon Matentzidis is...' GiantSnowman 07:18, 21 October 2024 (UTC)
