- I don't know about the first and the last, but I disagree about School of the Air: the actual School of the Air wasn't created until 20 years after its appearance in this article, and correspondence schools are a broader concept (I was a correspondence student in high school but not a School of the Air student, and only one of seven correspondence schools in Queensland today are called School of the Air).
