Disambiguation needed?
[edit]According to the GNIS there is another river with this name in Maine and as well a populated place in Klamath County, OR, probably on the river with the same name (this article):
- GNIS-ID 576080: Stream in Sagadahoc County, ME (434319N/0695005W)
- GNIS-ID 1150145: Populated Place in Klamath Country, OR (422720N/1213015W)
- GNIS-ID 1150146: Stream in Klamath County, OR (423416N/1215228W)
Maybe some this article construction will fit. --Matthiasb (talk) 22:55, 14 February 2011 (UTC)
- In that case, this article should be a disambiguation page with the current contents moved to Sprague River (Oregon).
- (Enc you forgot to sign) Matthias, I looked and I didn't see any Maine-related links to this article. I tend not to create dab pages unless there are incoming redlinks, but the Maine article would be at Sprague River (Maine).
There's nothing wrong with a dab page with redlinks if you think we should have one, but the people who manage those things tend to delete redlinked entries that don't have incoming links. So I'll see if there's any mentions of the river in the Maine-related articles.(After previewing my edit) What do you know? It already exists! One of us can move the page and create the dab page if you think we should have one.I'll make a dab page if EncMstr doesn't beat me to it. Also, there is already an article for the populated place at Sprague River, Oregon. Valfontis (talk) 00:52, 15 February 2011 (UTC)- It's funny that the thought to look up this did occur to me. ;-) And all this only because I translated Bly Ranger Station into DE. Thanks, anyway. --Matthiasb (talk) 18:39, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
