Hi, I'll be reviewing this article. This is a very interesting article and only a few things are wrong and preventing it from being a GA.
- In Behavior "Foxes and Jackals do not roam here..." wouldn't it be "there".
- In Life cycle "The nest in a shallow depression in the ground without any bedding material and two..." it seems to be missing a few words making it grammatically incorrect
- Also in Life cycle the second and third paragraph seem to be mixed around "Soon after they are hatched the female leads the..." should go between "It is four or five weeks before they are fledged and ready to fly." and "Meanwhile, the problem of supplying water..."
- I checked the Commons Category:Pterocles senegallus and found that there were six images, only three being used and one (not being used) of a stuffed spotted sandgrouse. If one more image is used in the article (the best one) I think it would make it even more enjoyable.
Other than those comments I have found nothing. I will go through the article again to see if I missed anything. Iainstein (talk) 15:31, 14 September 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you for taking on this review. I have made the alterations you suggest above and added an extra image. I was inspired to expand this article by the interesting book by Uwe George mentioned in the bibliography. He spent several summers in the Sahara studying this bird and other desert species. - I have gone through it again and found neither lacking information of errors. It is well referenced. Iainstein (talk) 14:06, 15 September 2013 (UTC)
