Fashion
[edit]I'm going to do some research towards including data on how sports bras have evolved to be outerwear and are some are designed to be fashionable. I think this should be included. Cathw38 (talk) 02:45, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
Better image
[edit]Can anyone create/upload a better image, preferably one that focuses on that actual clothes item. (My search on Flickr for a CC image didn't find any better options). --ZimZalaBim talk 02:12, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
Photos
[edit]Is there really a need for three photos in such a short article? FarceFan (talk) 20:58, 6 July 2012 (UTC)
- The article's not all that short, but you're probably right -- I've removed one of the images. Beyond My Ken (talk) 21:19, 6 July 2012 (UTC)
Importance among transgender individuals
[edit]Would the significance of sports bras among transgender people warrant its own section to describe those use cases and the intentions? Or could that be put somewhere else on the page?
For reference: trans women sometimes use sports bras (before moving on to more typical bras) for the sake of comfort, and trans men may use sports bras (before moving onto chest binders or committing to mastectomies) for the sake of minimizing bust size while avoiding the health risks either of the other two methods impose.

Need for better images reflecting breast size
[edit]The photographs currently used on this page all show extremely flat-chested woman athletes. The failure to represent a range of breast sizes is particularly frustrating given that the reason for the development of the jogbra was to provide women with larger breasts with something that protected them and made it possible to exercise. As such, the images used currently do not accurately reflect relevant content of the article. I suggested one image from commons which was removed.
