Interesting to see you've included Chess as a "sport" on Mann - by extension I'd recommend including the biannial Isle of Man Go Congress as well ... Alternatively Chess and Go could both be moved back to the main page on account of defining them as "sports" is slighly mendacious. Thoughts? --JennyRad 14:23, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
- I just copied the main page article here to reduce the rather overwhelming effect it was having on the main Isle of Man page. I am not particularly concerned about sports and whether chess and Go are sports. I do know there is a move to include chess (and ballroom dancing) in the Olympics. Dabbler 14:25, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
- Makes sense. It's one of those fascinating debates if you find that sort of thing fascinating. Anyway I guess it makes at least as much sense as TT racing ...! Cheers, --JennyRad 14:36, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
What country do they represent at International sport level ?
[edit]So far only football is explained. What about other sports such as rugby, cricket, tennis, Olympics etc ? International elligibility details would be useful for all sports.. Rcbutcher (talk) 13:15, 23 November 2015 (UTC)
