This is a significant misrepresentation of SpiNNaker, although I'm not sure if I should edit it given that I'm a member of the SpiNNaker project. Please advise.

Hi Tom. Thanks for posting here, and thanks for taking your potential conflict of interest into consideration. Wikipedia's conflict of interest policy says, in a nutshell, "Do not edit Wikipedia to promote your own interests, or those of other individuals or of organizations, including employers. Do not write about these things unless you are certain that a neutral editor would agree that your edits improve Wikipedia." In other words, you are permitted to edit the article, but you should be extra cautious not to seem as if you are adverting SpiNNaker. If you prefer, you can explain the edit you want to make here on the talk page and let an uninvolved Wikipedian make the change to the article.
