Presentations
[edit]The presentations given here [1] for the binary polyhedral groups seemed wrong. According to GAP, groups with these presentations have orders 72, 240, and 1320 respectively. I tweaked the presentations to avoid this (again I checked all these in GAP). -- Fropuff 06:23, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
- Good catch! I'd looked at the previous presentations, but the mistake(s) flew by me, I didn't pay enough attention. Now that you mention it, yes, these are the correct presentations. I'll add at some point a reference, for completeness. Turgidson 12:18, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
Full Classification
[edit]The classification as written in this article is incomplete. It fails to consider fiber products between the binary polyhedral groups. It's missing the final 2 families in http://www.map.mpim-bonn.mpg.de/Fundamental_groups_of_3-dimensional_spherical_space_forms section 2.4. 2A02:AB88:C00:5480:BCB2:9B2A:B0C2:9560 (talk) 23:15, 9 May 2023 (UTC)
