Article needs editing - can someone help?
[edit]After watching a couple episodes of the show for the 1st time, I came here for more info on the character. I noticed quite a few sloppy / out of order references (no offense intended). I don't have much experience with the character or show, so I was hoping someone might help clean it up? I'm a newbie and a bit unsure of editing protocol.
The first is the mention of Tobias Hankel in the "BAU" section. This is the first time Hankel is mentioned in the article, in conjunction with a vague reference to his involvement in a crime against Dr. Reid. Since the crime apparently left Dr. Reid briefly dead, his reference , or the crime's, clearly (IMO) should not come off as something that has already been previously listed. Beyond just the bad first intro, it feels like this event (the crime against Reid) should be brought up for the 1st time somewhere else. Its too significant to be mentioned in passing in a sentence about a near death experience.
Lower in the whole article, it mentions 3 women the character has been interested in. In the intro of this, it gives a substantial detail about each one. I thought that would be the end of his dating history, but the article subsequently devotes a paragraph or more on each, using the same detail as mentioned in the intro. It feels awkward and redundant. It feels like this section could use a rewrite to make it more concise.
I had 2 other comments but I've been typing so long I forgot them. Any thoughts? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.12.15.179 (talk) 01:21, 10 April 2013 (UTC)

Appropriate language
[edit]The author doesn’t demonstrate the use of person first language. Calling someone autistic is degrading and doesn’t put “people first.” The phrasing should be “Does Reid have autism?” Or “Is Reid neurotypically developing?” 2601:1C2:5101:6BE0:1E5:FA9A:74AF:45E2 (talk) 04:23, 10 January 2022 (UTC)
