illegitimate son of Spencer Perceval jr

there are some amateur genealogists that claim that Spencer Perceval jr had an illegitimate son when he was very young - William Ambrose Perceval (aka Percival)

he was born in England circa 1811 and died at Pudman Creek in the colony of New South Wales 20 Nov 1886

does anyone have any information on this person?
