- Add section on Stephen Hawking as the world's most famous SGD user
- Add list of companies that produce dedicated SGD (http://www.infinitec.org/learn/learningaboutat/augment.htm has a reasonable list)
- Extend rate enhancement section with more methods and references.
- A history section would be great - probably starts with dynavox in 1983 - but Hawking's DECtalk wasn't very far behind - must have been used before him?
